Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the website located at www.g33kyclinicians.com or enrolling in any program offered by G33ky Clinicians, LLC. By using our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, programs, courses, webinars, and other services offered by G33ky Clinicians, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or registering for any program, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Services

G33ky Clinicians, LLC is a professional development and continuing education platform for licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians. Our services include:

Continuing education (CE) workshops, webinars, and training programs, including NBCC-approved offerings
Membership communities and group coaching programs (including the Skool community)
Digital resources, lead magnets, and educational content
Live and recorded training events
Business development and practice growth programming for clinicians

3. Professional Responsibility and Scope of Practice

G33ky Clinicians, LLC provides education and professional development content to mental health clinicians. Our content is intended to supplement — not replace — your professional training, supervision, licensure requirements, or clinical judgment.

You are solely responsible for:

Determining whether any CE program meets your specific licensing board's requirements
Applying educational content within the bounds of your licensure, training, and competency
Complying with the ethical codes and professional standards of your licensing board and professional associations
Obtaining appropriate supervision where required

Nothing in our programs, content, or communications constitutes clinical supervision, legal advice, or a guarantee of licensing board approval unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Continuing Education Credits

G33ky Clinicians, LLC is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP). CE credits awarded through our programs are subject to NBCC standards and are listed in each program's description. By enrolling in a CE program, you agree to:

Complete all required program components (attendance, assessments, evaluations) to receive credit
Provide accurate professional licensing information for CE reporting purposes
Understand that CE credits awarded through G33ky Clinicians may or may not satisfy the requirements of your specific state licensing board — it is your responsibility to verify

We reserve the right to withhold CE certificates for participants who do not meet attendance or completion requirements, or who engage in academic dishonesty.

5. Enrollment, Payment, and Cancellation

a. Enrollment

Enrollment in any program is subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation is issued.

b. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged. We accept payment through our authorized payment processors. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

c. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by program and is specified at the time of enrollment. In general:

Live event registrations: Refunds may be available up to 7 days before the event date; no refunds within 7 days of the event
Digital programs and recorded content: All sales are final upon access to course materials
Membership programs: Memberships may be cancelled at any time; no refunds are issued for the current billing period

Exceptions to this policy may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented extenuating circumstances.

d. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that we determine to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our programs and pursue recovery of the disputed amount.

6. Access to Digital Content

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the program materials for personal, professional development purposes only. This license does not permit:

Sharing login credentials or providing access to unauthorized third parties
Recording, reproducing, distributing, or reselling program content in any format
Using program content to develop competing products or training programs

We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content offered by G33ky Clinicians, LLC — including but not limited to course materials, frameworks, training curricula, webinar recordings, blog posts, graphics, the Foundations to Flourish program, The Practice Leader's Path, the Focus & FLOW Society, G33ky Clinicians Academy content, and all proprietary methodologies — is the intellectual property of G33ky Clinicians, LLC or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display any G33ky Clinicians content without prior written permission. Sharing brief excerpts for non-commercial educational commentary is permitted with clear attribution.

8. Community Standards (Skool and Online Communities)

Participation in G33ky Clinicians community platforms (including the Skool community) is subject to our Community Guidelines. By joining, you agree to:

Engage respectfully and professionally with all community members
Refrain from sharing confidential client information in community spaces
Not solicit, spam, or promote competing services without express permission
Not post content that is discriminatory, harassing, or in violation of any professional ethical code

We reserve the right to remove members from any community space for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

9. User Conduct

In your use of our website and services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
Misrepresent your professional credentials or licensing status
Use our platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website or programs

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. G33ky Clinicians, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our CE programs will satisfy the requirements of any particular licensing board, that program content will produce specific professional outcomes, or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G33ky Clinicians, LLC, its owners, staff, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, programs, or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so these restrictions may not apply to you in full.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G33ky Clinicians, LLC and its officers, directors, instructors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our services may be delivered through or linked to third-party platforms including Skool, Zoom, payment processors, and email marketing services. G33ky Clinicians, LLC is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or content of any third-party platform. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

14. Non-Discrimination and Inclusive Learning Environment

G33ky Clinicians, LLC is committed to providing a professional development environment free from discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to culturally responsive, equity-centered programming.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in DeKalb County, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and G33ky Clinicians, LLC with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
